【Abstract】 Joint-toxicity of copper and hydrargyrum on tadpole was studied in the present investigation. It was demonstrated that LC50 of Cu2+on tadpole were 0.201, 0.138 and 0.118 mg·L-1 for 24 h、48 h and 96 h, while that of Hg2+ were 0.135, 0.112 and 0.103 mg·L-1 for 24 h、48 h and 96 h, respectively. According to the addictive index method of Marking, it has been found that the addictive index (AI) were 0.082, 0.166 and 0.322 in 24 h, 48 h and 96 h respectively, revealing that there is a clear synergism action.更多还原
