【摘要】 目的　探讨治疗中晚期癌症患者因放、化疗引起的骨髓抑制、白细胞下降及机体免疫力极度低下等毒副反应的最佳方法。方法　将 177例各类中晚期癌症患者 ,随机分成两组。观察组采用博生癌宁透皮药贴进行治疗 ;对照组采用利血生和鲨肝醇等治疗。结果　实验组升高白细胞效果明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　博生癌宁透皮药贴治疗中晚期癌症因放化疗引起的骨髓抑制、白细胞下降及机体免疫力极度下降等毒副反应 ,具有提升白细胞快、效果好等优点 ,尤其适用于消化系统癌症以及伴有恶心、呕吐、吞咽困难症状的患者更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the treatment of arrest of bone marrow during radio chemotherapy.Methods177 patients with advanced carcinomas were at random divided into 2 groups: 98 of them receiving transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) as experimental group and 79 of the rest conventional therapy as controls.ResultsThe effect of TTS was better than that in the control group ( P <0.01).Conclusion Application of TTS in treating arrest of bone marrow of advanced tumor patients is effective in promoting quick growth of leukocytes. Especially, it is suitable for those patients with cancers in digestive system, complicated with nausea, emesis and difficulty in swallowing food.更多还原
