【摘要】 目的　了解高校学生患者就医心理状态。方法　采用自行设计的问卷进行调查 ,根据就医心理状态采取相应的心理护理 ,观察比较护理前后高校学生就医心理状态的变化情况。结果　高校学生患者就医心态有自负心理、侥幸心理、好强心理、怀疑心理、对抗心理 ,心理护理前后有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　加强心理护理能改善高校学生就医心理状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the psychological states of college students seeking medical advice. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was handed out to college students. The corresponding psychological nursing care was conducted according to surveyed results. The changes of the psychological states before and after the nursing care were observed. Results Concerning psychological states such as conceit, fluke, aggression, suspicion and antagonism, college students showed significant difference (P<0.01) before and after nursing care.
