【摘要】 笔者总结了 14例泛发性脓疱型银屑病患者的护理经验 :做好心理护理 ,消除患者及家属的顾虑 ;密切观察病情变化 ,做好高热的处理 ;加强皮肤护理 ,减少交叉感染 ;及时补充液体及营养 ;加强对皮质激素应用的观察。对恢复期的患者加强卫生宣教 ,坚持用药 ,避免诱发因素 ,有助于防止疾病的再次复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the nursing of generalized pustular psoriasis The experience in the nursing of 14 cases was summed up and discussed. Psychological nursing was needed to relieve the anxieties in the patients and their families. Close observation and timely treatment were conducted with the diseased conditions and high fevers. Tense nursing in skin was done to prevent cross-infection. Timely compensation for body fluid and nutrition was essential. A close observation to the reaction of cortical hormones was enhanced. Appropriate measurements are worth taking in preventing the reoccurrence.更多还原
