【摘要】 简单介绍了啤酒生产工艺过程中用玻璃瓶包装啤酒的工艺要求以及考核啤酒质量的主要内容 基于啤酒包装对包装物的性能要求 ,分别介绍和比较了塑料啤酒瓶和玻璃啤酒瓶包装啤酒的优缺点 探讨了在啤酒包装上使用塑料啤酒瓶的可行性 最后介绍了多层共挤、双层共注吹、混合料注吹等适合中小企业简便易行的塑料啤酒瓶的加工工艺方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Brief descriptions about requirement of technics in beer producing process packed with glass bottle and beer quality examinations are given.Based on the requirement of capability, the author analyses and compares the advantage and disadvantage of the plastic beer bottle and glass beer bottle. At the same time,the feasibility of plastic beer bottle’s application has been discussed.In the end,some simple producing method of plastic beer bottle such as multilayer extrusion blow molding,double-deck injection blow molding and mixed injection blow molding which adapt to the middle-small-sized state enterprises has been recommended too.更多还原
