【摘要】 目的 :探讨先天性上睑下垂术后复发的原因及防治措施。　方法 :对复发患者 16例 19只眼 ,通过询问病史及术中探查 ,明确术后复发的原因 ,并针对不同情况采取了相应的手术方法。　结果 :本组 16例术后均获得满意效果。　结论 :先天性上睑下垂术后复发原因主要是术者经验不足 ,因而绝大多数是可以预防的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The cause and prophylactic measures for the postoperative recurrence of congenital blepharo ptosis were investigated to improve the operative result. Methods:16 patients who have the postoperative recurrence of congenital blepharoptosls have being cured.Through inquiring ill history and scouting in operation,the cause of the postoperative recurrence was defined,and the corresponding operative method was used. Results:The satisfactory results were acquired in 16 cases. Conclusion:The cause of the postoperative recurrence is mainly insufficient experience about the operation,and most of the postoperative recurrences can be prevented. [更多还原
