【摘要】 目的 探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的并发症防治。方法 找院经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUEVAP)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)400例,年龄52～92岁,平均69.3岁。结果 术中术后常见并发症的发生率分别为:术中出血和术后继发性出血2.75％,经尿道电切综合征(TURS)0.75％,包膜穿孔和灌洗液外渗0.5％,暂时性尿失禁10.75％,尿道外口狭窄2.5％,排尿不畅0.5％,尿路感染5.5％。结论 TUEVAP存在一定的并发症,及时防治这些并发症有助于提高TUEVAP水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the prevention and managemat of complications of TUEVAP. Methed Transurethral electrovaporzation-ablation of prostate(TUEVAP) has been performed in 400 cases with benign prostatic hyperpoasia(BPH)in our hospital, The age of the patients ranged from 52 to 92 with an average of 69. 3.Results Complications of the procedure include:intraoperative and postoperative bleeding in 2. 75% ,TUR syndrome in 0.75% ,integument perforation and douche liquid extravasation in 0-5% ,temporary incontinence in 10.75% ,stenosis of meatus of urethra in 2.5 % , voiding difficulty in 0.5 % , urinary infection in 5.5 % . Conclusions TUEVAP has some complications and prevention and management of these complications were benefit for TUEVAP.更多还原
