钻削高强度钢EH360刀具材料的优选

【摘要】 根据EH360强度高、硬度大的切削加工特点 ,挑选了几种刀具材料对其进行钻削加工 ,通过切削路程的对比 ,优选出适合钻削EH360的刀具材料 ,用以指导生产。

【Abstract】 Acoording to the cutting characteristic of EH360 high strength and hardness,some kinds of tool material is selected and used to drill H360 Through the contrast to cutting paths,the tool materials,which are optimized and suitable to drill EH360,are applied to direct production.
