数字式温度测量电路的设计及其实现
Design of a Digital Temperature Measurement Circuit and Its Implementation
【摘要】 提出了一种运用数模混合信号的低功耗温度测量电路的设计方案。该电路通过温度传感器来侦测温度的变化 ,运用 RC振荡原理把传感器的电阻值转换为频率的信号 ,并使用一片 ROM把此频率信号映射为实际的温度 ,从而实现温度的测量。测量的范围为 - 2 0°C~ 60°C,精度为 1°C。
【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]A design scheme of a mixed signal, low power circuit for temperature measurement is proposed in the paper, in which temperature is sensed by a thermistor Based on the theory of RC oscillator, the resistance of the thermistor is converted into a frequency signal, which is then mapped onto actual temperature by a read only memory (ROM) This circuit can measure temperature in the range of -20 °C to 60 °C with an accuracy of 1 °C [WT5HZ]
