【摘要】 目的 :探讨遮盖法与阿托品散瞳法治疗弱视的疗效 ;方法 :对进行弱视治疗的患者分成两个组 ,遮盖组完成或间断遮盖优势眼 ,阿托品组每月或隔日滴 1%阿托品水于优势眼 ,4周复查视力、注视性质、立体视觉。结果 :遮盖法与阿托品散瞳法治疗弱视疗效无差异。结论 :两种方法治疗弱视有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :To inquire the therapeutic effect on amblyopia of cover treatment and mydriasis by atropine.Method:The patients were divided into two groups by random. In one group the super eyes were covered completely or interrupted;in the other group the super eyes were drop 1% atropine aq.each month or the other month.After 4 weeks the vision, the stare and the steropsis were cheched. Results:There was no difference of the therapeutic effect on amblyopia between cover treatment and mydriasis by atropine.Conclusions:Both of the two treatment have obvious therapeutie effect on amblyopia.更多还原
