【摘要】 目的 :对实验性糖尿病大鼠血清一氧化氮 (Nitric　Oxide ,NO)与肾功能低下进行相关分析。　方法 :采用链尿佐菌素复制糖尿病动物模型。比色测定其血清NO、一氧化氮合成酶 (Nosynthetase ,NOS)活力 ,肌酐 (Creatinine ,Cr)和尿素氮 (Bloodureanitrogen ,BUN)含量。　结果 :糖尿病组大鼠各项指标均高于正常组 ,随病程延长差异显著 (p <0 .0 1)。　结论　糖尿病大鼠血清NO与肾功能低下呈高度正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analysis the correlation of serum No.with the renal injury in experimental diabetic rats.Method:using STZ induced diabetic experimental models in rats .The indexes of serum NO.activity of NOS.Cr and BUN were measured.Results:The level of all the indexes was higher than normal group and the difference was increased with the course of disease lasting (p<0.01) Conclusion: Serum NO was positive correlated with renal injury in experimental diabetie rats.更多还原
