【摘要】 目的　探讨中药复方降脂灵治疗高脂血症 6 0例的临床疗效。方法　复方降脂灵由山楂、苡仁、法半夏、陈皮、制大黄、枸杞子、沙苑、山药、丹参、熟地、黄精和当归 12味中药组成。每天 1剂 ,水煎分 2次口服 ,连续用药 30d。采用自身配对t检验。结果　 6 0例病人治疗前后自身对照 ,TC、TG下降有显著意义 (P<0 0 5 ) ,HDL C升高有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。总有效率 :TC 85 % ,TG 80 % ,HDL C 75 %。结论　复方降脂灵治疗高脂血症疗效确切 ,且无毒副作用 ,值得临床推广及进一步深入探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study was conducted to defermine the clinical efficacy of Compound Jiangzhiling in the treatment of hyperipemia.Methods Compound Jiangzhiling is composed of several kinds of chinese medicine as follows:fructus crataegi,semen coicis,rhizoma pinellise,dried orange peal,rheum officinale,semen astragali complanati,chinese yam,salvia miltiorrhiza,prepared rhizome of rehmannia rhizoma,rhizoma ploygomatic and angelica root.Boil a dose in water and take it twice a day orally.T test of self paining was performed after 30 days treatment.Results Compaired with the basal value,both TC and TG after the treatment dropped significantly(P<0.05),HDL C after the treatment rose significantly(P<0.05),the total effective rates of TC,TG and HDL C were 85%,80% and 75% respectively.Conclusion Compound Jiangzhiling has definite effect and no side effect,it is worthy of clinical populariyation and further exploration.更多还原
