【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人急性脑血管疾病的心电图异常的临床意义。方法 对经头颅ＣＴ证实为急性脑血管疾病的２６２例病人，入院后６卜内记录１２导联心电图，每１周复查１次心电图。结果２６２例中２１１例（８０ ５％）出现心电图异常，１１０例脑出血中９５例（８６．４％）出现心电图异常，１５２例脑梗死中１１６例（７．３％）出现心电图异常．结论 急性脑血管病的心电图异常与脑梗死或脑出血的损害部位、面积有关，心电图异常率与脑出血量呈正相关．更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the abnormal electrocardiogram( ECU) in thc el-derly patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods 262 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease were con-firmed by the skull CT After they have been hospitalized, 12 lead ECU was recorded within 6 hours, then repeated once a week. Results Among 262 cases,the ECU of 211 patients was abnormal;Among the 110 patients who had cerebral hemorrhagc,95 patients(86. 4%) had the abnormal ECU. Among the 152 patients who had cerebral infarc-tion. 116 patients(76.3% ) had the abnormal ECG. Conclusion Our data shows that abnormal ECU is related with rite injured position and area of the cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, the rate of ECG abnormality has posi-tive relationship with the amount of cerebral bleeding.更多还原
