连续重整新型再生器及再生过程动力学模型的开发
DEVELOPMENT OF NEW REGENERATOR OF CCR AND ITS KINETIC MODELS
【摘要】 通过对铂锡重整催化剂烧炭动力学的研究和对径向床层烧炭的模拟表明 ,采用径向床层烧炭存在无效烧炭区、烧炭所需床层长度不一致、再生气体中的氧气不能充分利用等缺点。为克服上述缺点提出轴径向组合移动床和两段轴向组合移动床烧炭新工艺。对所提出的两种新工艺进行了优化设计和模拟分析 ,结合传质、传热原理和烧炭反应动力学 ,建立了描述轴向床层烧炭的稳态数学模型
【Abstract】 Research on kinetics of coke burning of Pt Sn reforming catalyst and the simulation of coke burning in the radial catalyst moving bed showed that this radial bed has an inefficient zone of coke burning,the bed height needed for coke burning is not the same along radial direction and oxygen in regeneration gas can not be used efficiently.To surmount these deficiencies,two new coke burning processes with axial radial combination moving bed and two stage axial axial combination moving bed were put forward and optimal design and simulation analysis were made.According to the principles of mass and heat ransfer and kinetics of coke burning,a mathematical model for coke burning in the axial catalyst bed was established.
