焦化炉工艺校核方法的研究
RESEARCH ON CHECK METHOD FOR COKING HEATER
【摘要】 对原工艺校核方法的局限性进行了理论分析,通过对焦化炉管内外 过程模拟的研究,提出了以校核管内停留时间、炉出口热转化率和管内壁壁温三影响炉管结 焦速率参数为核心的计算方法,用Visual Basic编辑了一个计算软件,出口热转化率模拟结 果通过了动态实验考核,炉膛温度、入口压力等模拟结果同现场标定及操作统计进行了对比 ,提出了利用软件对设计工况下关键工艺参数的极限变化区间进行判断的设计思路。
【Abstract】 The limitations of conventional design method for coking heater was ana lyzed theoretically.On the basis of process simulation of inner and outside of t ubes in coking heater,a new method mainly checking three parameters,i.e.,the res idence time in the inner tube,thermal conversion at the exit of the heater and t he temperature of the inner wall of the tube,was proposed.A simulation software for coking heater was developed.The calculated thermal conversion at exit was co mpared to the dynamic experimental data.The comparison of the simulation results and the operating data of the coking heater showed that this software can be us ed to check the limit regions of key process parameters.
