【Abstract】 In this study, We extract the fresh leukocytes from the blood cells of healthy cow. Dialyzable leukocytes extract (DLE) is obtained from the white cells. Pharmaceutical of enhancing animal immunity is composed of DLE and some astragals polysaccharide having function of immunity, but DLE is the main composition of preparation. By determining the preparation, we find that the content of ribose is more than 60 μg/ml, that the content of polypetide is more than 1 000μg/ml and that the content of polysaccharide is more than 200 mg/mi.更多还原
