四缸柴油机怠速运转不稳定产生的主要原因
The Unsteady Reason of Idle-speed for Four Cylinders Diesel Engine
【摘要】 本文实验采用多路传感器同时采集四缸柴油机的压力波、针阀、转速信号 ,运用软件Matlab进行数据分析 ,探究了四缸柴油机怠速不能稳定运转的原因 ,是由于供油系统参数的不合理匹配造成的。并发现对于四缸机而言 ,任一缸的供油系统参数的改变都将影响到柴油机整机的怠速稳定性。
【Abstract】 The authors discussed the unsteady phenomena at idle speed for four cylinders diesel engine and analyzed the reason by using multisensor to collect data of pressure wave, pin valve, rotation rate and the software Matlab to analyze the information .It concluded that this unsteadiness resulted from the unmatch of parameters in the fuel injection system. For four cylinders diesel engine ,the change of every cylinder’s parameters can influence the idle speed.
