【摘要】 本文简要介绍了目前天然食品防腐剂研究、应用的最新进展，主要介绍了目前常用防腐剂的缺陷及开发研究新型食品防腐剂的原则和方向。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the latest research development of natural antiseptic, mainly introduces the default of common antiseptic and introduces the way and the principle of explore new type of natural antiseptic.
