【摘要】 目的 观察心内科住院病人53例(其中心绞痛3例,急性心肌梗死7例,陈旧性心肌梗死3例,高血压病21例,心瓣膜病4例,扩张型心肌病7例,心律失常5例,其他3例)。按纽约心脏协会心功能分级,心功能I~II级为A组,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级为B组。用酶联免疫法测定血液CA125浓度。A组病人为(12．57±7.72)U/mL,B组为(163.61±150．88)U/mL,两组有显著性差异。结果表明CA125水平与心功能状况有关,严重心衰时血CA125明显升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract: Objective To observe 53 cases ofhospitalized patients in cardiovascular department and de-termine their blood levels of CA125. Method All pa-tients were divided into two groups, group A included pa-tients of I~II degree, group B included patients ofIII~IV degree, according to the clinical status of cardiacfunction (New York Heart Association). Results CA125of group A was (12.57±7.72) U/mL, group B was(163.61±150.88) U/mL. There were significant differ-ence between two groups. Conclusion CA125 level wascorrelated to the status of cardiac function blood level ofCA125 elevated in the patients of severe heart failure.更多还原
