【摘要】 通过对Steelastic挤出法钢丝帘布生产线进行改进 ,设计出了新型宽幅帘布挤出法钢丝带束层生产线。新生产线的主要改进有 :挤出螺杆的形式、穿丝狭缝、整经张力辊、裁刀驱动方式、电磁吸引定长输送方式和双工位接头等。新生产线通过合理的工艺过程和设备配置 ,达到了保证产品质量、降低生产成本和简化工艺操作的目的。更多还原
