【摘要】 对绢云母粉在轮胎胎侧胶和帘布胶中的应用进行小配合、大配合及成品性能检测。结果表明 ,绢云母粉活化后对胶料的老化性能、疲劳性能、半成品粘合强度、H抽出力等性能有所改善 ,但焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短 ;用添加 10份活性绢云母粉的胎侧胶和内层帘布胶制得的轮胎成品性能达到国家标准要求更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of the silk mica powder to tire sidewall and cord ply compounds was investigated by the pilot formula,the production formula and the test of finished tire.The results showed that the aging properties and fatigue properties of compounds and the adhesion strength and H pull out force of semi products improved,and the scorch time and optimum cure time reduced by adding activated silk mica powder;and the performance of the tire with 10 phr of silk mica powder in sidewall and inner cord ply compounds met the requirements in national standard.更多还原
