【摘要】 1998～ 2 0 0 0年洛阳医专附院内科共收治泌尿系感染 373例 ,其中 43例伴有糖尿病 .伴有糖尿病的 43个病人中 ,≥ 50岁者 37例 ,Ⅱ型糖尿病 36例 ,女性 39例 .以发热、尿频、尿急、尿痛为主要临床表现 .38例为糖尿病后合并泌尿系感染 ,起病急、病情重 .对这些病例及其治疗的研究结果表明 ,糖尿病患者易合并泌尿系感染 ,其治疗必须合理、及时 ,方能取得良好疗效 .更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1998 to 2000,the hospital attached to Luoyang Medical College accepted and cured 373 cases of urinary system infection in its department of internal medicine, 43 of which were combined with diabetes. Among the 43 diabetics,37 of them were≥50 years old,36 II Diabetes and 39 females. The chief clinical manifestation is fever and frequent, acute and bitter micturition.38 of the diabetics were combined with urinary system infection, which started urgently and intractably. The research to these cases and their treatment shows that diabetes are likely to happen together with urinary system infection. Therefore, the treatment should be rational and timely in order to cure effectively.更多还原
