东风4型机车柴油机中修磨合试验规范合理性初探

【摘要】 着重介绍应用光、铁谱仪测量、显微观察分析方法 ,测定东风4 型机车柴油机中修磨合实验机油试样中的铁含量 ,掌握其变化规律 ,由变化规律研究磨合终点 ;根据分子机械摩擦理论 ,对现行磨合规范作出了评价并提出修订意见。

【Abstract】 Fe content of lubricating oil sample during running in tests of intermediate repairs of DF 4 locomotive diesel engines was measured and the running in terminus was investigated with spectrography, ferrography and micrography. According to molecular mechanical friction theory, the existing running in norms were evaluated and the amendment suggestions proposed.
