【摘要】 目的：了解吸毒人群ＨＩＶ感染情况及相关行为，为制定预防吸毒传播ＨＩＶ提供依据。方法：对５２１名吸毒者问卷调查和 ＨＩＶ血清学检测，血清学检测采用快速金标法（ａｂｂｏｔｔ Ｄｅｔｅｒｍｉｎｅ）和酶联免疫（ＥＬＩＡＳ）方法作为初筛，两者阳性者应用蛋白印迹法确诊。结果：检出ＨＩＶ感染者１５例，占２．９３％，ＨＩＶ感染与共用注射器与否差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：应在吸毒人群中加强艾滋病知识的健康教育和行为干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate on case with HIV infection and its related behaviors among the drug- users and provide evidence for planning the measure of preventing those high risk population from HIV infection. Methods: Behaviors were investigated by a questionary. HIV infection was screened by the Abbott Deteminetm HIV - 1/2 and ELBA and confirmed by western blot test when both the screen tests were positive. Results: Out of 512 drug - users, 15 were infected by HIV(2.93 %). A singificant correlation was found between HIV infection and sharing injector ( P < 0.01) . Conclu-sion: Health education and behavior intervention should be strengthen for control HIV infection in high risk population.更多还原
