【摘要】 应用甲状腺片和利血平片灌胃造成小鼠阴虚模型 ,利用环磷酰胺腹腔注射造成小鼠血虚模型 ,应用四氧嘧啶尾静脉注射造成小鼠糖尿病模型 ,给予地黄甙 D治疗 ,对小鼠体重、血浆 c AMP、c GMP含量 ,血常规和血小板计数、网织红细胞数、脾脏指数和骨髓 DNA含量 ,血糖进行检测。结果 :1地黄甙 D可以使阴虚模型小鼠体重明显增加、血浆 c AMP含量明显降低 ;2地黄甙 D可明显升高血虚模型小鼠白细胞数、血小板数、网织红细胞数和骨髓 DNA含量及体重 ;3地黄甙 D具有降低糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的趋势更多还原

【Abstract】 The yin deficiency models in mice were induced by oral administration of thyroid tablet and reserpine,the blood deficiency models in mice were induced by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide,the diabetes models in mice were induced by caudal intravenous injection of alloxon.Rehmaionoside D was used in treating the models,the levels of weight,contents of plasma cAMP and cGMP,blood routine examination and platelet count,reticulocyte count,spleen index,contents of bone marrow DNA and blood sugar were detected.Results:①Rehmaionoside D could significantly increase the weight,reduce the contents of plasma cAMP in yin deficiency model mice.②Rehmainonoside D could obviously raise the counts of white blood cell,platelet,reticulocyte,the contents of bone marrow DNA and the weight in blood deficiency model mice.③Rehmainonoside D had the trend to reduce the blood sugar in diabetes model mice.更多还原
