【Abstract】 The construction of public libraries is an important part of the strategy of developing our country by science,technology and education.Science,technology and education are of strategic significance to economic development.So is the construction of public libraries.Therefore,like science,technology and education,it should be given top priority in the strategy.We suggest that network of libraries should be set up in both cities and countries so that people can have access to libraries everywhere.Besides,creating an atmosphere of reading all over the country should be laid down as a fundamental national policy.更多还原
