【Abstract】 In recent years, chitin and chitosan have been used widely in the fields of medicine, environmental protection, spinning and weaving, printing and dyeing, papermaking and so on. Deacetylation degree has direct effect on properties of chitosan. So, its determination is very important. In this paper, several analytical methods of deacetylation degree of chitosan have been discussed and its ultraviolet spectral analysis has been described in greater detail.更多还原
