GCr15轴承钢特大锻材的研制

【摘要】 GC15轴承钢特大锻材的研制,选用低S、P的生铁,由VHP炉、LF炉、VD炉从初炼到精炼的冶炼工艺,形成6.3吨矩形锭;经1200~1220℃的高温加热,12小时的高温扩散,出炉停留5分钟以上,然后镦粗、拔长锻造的锻造工艺,得到成品材。该成品材经光谱分析及化学分析法检验:硬度63~65HRC,晶粒度8~9级,化学成份:S≤0.003%;P≤0.0014%;C,1.01~1.04%﹔Cr,1.38~1.46%,均达到较好水平。

【Abstract】 During the study of GCr15 bearing steel especially large forgings, pig irons containing low S & P are selected, refined by VHP、LF and VD furnaces to form 6.3 ton rectangle ingots. Then they are heated to 1200~1220℃, diffused for 12 hours, kept over five minutes out of furnace, forged and drawn, finally become finished products. Tested by spectrum analyzing and chemical methods, hardness is 63~65HRC; crystallite is 8~9 grade﹔chemical component: s≤0.003%﹔P≤0.0014%﹔C, 1.01~1.04%﹔Cr, 1.38~1.46%, all these standards reach good levels﹒
