【摘要】 本文介绍了一套电费自动电话查询系统的设计思想 ,对开发中的技术重点与难点作了分析 ,提出了相应的解决方法。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the design principles of an energy charge self-acting telephone query system, and analyzes the technology emphases and difficulties in the development, the corresponding solving methods are presented in correspondence.
