螯合树脂/聚砜复合滤膜的制备研究

【摘要】 本文以聚砜(PS)/螯合树脂(D418)作为成膜材料,用相转化法制备了共混螯合平板滤膜.考察了聚合物共混比例、凝固浴的组成、膜在空气中的蒸发时间,以及制膜液温度等工艺参数的变化对膜结构性能的影响。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a series of chelating resin (D418)/polysulfone (PS) composite chelate membranes were obtained. A great deal of experiments had been performed to study the effects of various process parameters on the structure and properties of the membranes, such as the blending ratio, concentration and temperature of the casting solution, evaporation time, organization of the coalgulation bath. The results indicated that the plate membranes could be well made by the blending of D418/PS.
