【摘要】 采用文献资料等方法 ,结合我国具体情况 ,对排球运动的产业化趋势及相关难点与对策进行论证 ,认为排球运动产业化是该项目发展的必然趋势 ,但由于目前资源配置不合理、投入 -产出效益低下、人才流动困难、内部竞争机乏力等因素的存在 ,使得我国排球竞技运动发展出现诸多问题 ,实行排球运动产业化是解决此类问题的根本途径 ,对此提出了相应的意见与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the situation of development of volleyball in our country ,the author demonstrates the feasibility , analyzes the difficulty in it , and puts forwards some countermeasure in how to deal with them in industrialization .
