贵州瓮福80万吨/年重钙装置改产DAP的技改及运行情况
Approach to transformation of Guizhou Wengfu 800 kt/a TSP plant into DAP and its operation
【摘要】 介绍瓮福磷肥厂重钙装置改产磷铵 (DAP)时 ,对造粒机氨分布器、溜槽、旋风除尘器、产品筛分机等的技改情况。讨论瓮福磷肥厂及国内某 DAP生产厂造粒机主要参数与美国 TVA氨化造粒机设计推荐参数的对比 ,瓮福磷肥厂造粒物料圆度差、细粒较多 ,外观差、返料偏高的原因是 :物料停留时间短 (仅 1m in,TVA推荐值 2~ 7min) ;物料装载系数低 (5 %~ 2 % ,TVA 推荐值 2 0 %~ 30 % ) ;筒体内空气流速低 (0 . 82 m/ s,TVA 推荐值 1.2 2 m/ s)。
【Abstract】 The technology improvement on granulator ammonia d is tributor, trough, cyclone separator and screen classifier when a TSP facility wa s converted into a DAP facility in Wengfu Phosphate Plant is described. The comparison is discussed on some important parameters of granulator in this plant , that of a granulator in a certain plant and that of an ammoniation granulator in TVA. The reasons for poor roundness, excess tiny particles, poor appearan ce and higher revert of granulating materials are examined and the problems are focused at short residence time(only 1 minute, 2~7 minutes recommended by TVA), low charging coefficient(5%~12%, 20%~30% recommended by TVA) and lower air s peed in granulator (0.82 m/s,1.22 m/s recommended by TVA).
