【Abstract】 Corruption and degeneration are big social problems that have aroused governors’ attention through ages. During the period of Qin Dynasty, Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms, the government took measures to eliminate corruption in election, in assessment, in supervision and legislation which played an active role in the social development, and set up an honest and clean administrative atmosphere. They provided salutary experiences in the struggle against corruption and for the promotion of being honest to government of later ages.更多还原
