【摘要】 目的 :探讨多次、长期应用葛根素改善缺血心肌血氧供应的疗效。方法 :应用葛根素 5 0 0 m g,iv gtt,qd,2 wk为一疗程 ,每年 2次 ,连续 3a治疗稳定型劳累性心绞痛 ,停药后观察 2 a。结果 :临床疗效、心绞痛发作次数、心肌耗氧量等指标治疗组均优于对照组。结论 :葛根素可增加缺血心肌的血流灌注量 ,远期效果佳更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the effect of long term using puerarin for improving supply of blood and oxygen in heart muscle. METHODS: Using puerarin 500 mg per day for injection through vein, two circle a year, for 3 a in succession. After stoping using puerarin, observing patients for 2 a. RESULTS: Effect of experiment group was better than that of control group. Effects included the number of angina pectoris and oxygen consumption of heart. CONCLUSION: Puerarin can improve blood perfusion of ischemic heart. It also has a long term effect.更多还原
