【摘要】 目的　探讨保存的人羊膜移植于兔眼表后对结膜上皮杯状细胞生长的影响。方法　把保存的人羊膜移植于兔眼表 ,观察羊膜的生长情况并用印迹细胞学方法检测生长于羊膜表面的上皮杯状细胞的数量及形态。结果　移植的羊膜生长良好未发生排斥反应 ,羊膜上的杯状细胞数量在 1、2、3、4、8周时分别是正常结膜的 0 .6 7、2 .13、5 .0 7、2 .6 6、2 .12倍。结论　羊膜能促进结膜杯状细胞的生长及分化 ,是一种良好的结膜重建材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the goblet cell of conjunctival of rabbit reconstructed by preserved human amniotic membrane.Methods Impression cytology was performed in rabbits who received a large patch of amniotic membrane for conjunctival reconstruction during removal of large lesion.Result The density of goblet cell was 0.67,2.13,5.07,2.66 and 2.12 times that of normal conjunctival in the follow-up 1,2,3,4 and 8 weeks.Conclusions Amniotic membrane helps to the growth and transdifferentiation of goblet cell and can be used as an alternative to conjunctival reconstruction.更多还原
