【摘要】 目的　评估铜蒸气眼科激光器在治疗眼底病中的疗效。方法　对 716例 (716只眼 )多种眼底疾病进行了铜蒸气激光治疗 ,通过长期的随访对疗效进行综合评估。结果　铜蒸气激光对视网膜干性裂孔、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞具有显著疗效。对视网膜血管瘤、脉络膜血管瘤、糖尿病视网膜病变具有治疗或稳定病变的作用。结论　铜蒸气激光器是一种较为理想的激光器 ,疗效稳定、费用低廉、并发症少 ,具有临床实用性 ,在一定范围内可代替氩激光器更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of copper vapor laser therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of patients with fundus diseases.Methods 716 cases of various fundus diseases were treated with copper vapor laser therapeutic apparatus and its therapeutic efficacy was evaluated through long-term observation and follow-up.Results Copper vapor laser therapy was obviously effictive in treating patients with retinal dry holes,central serous retinal choroiditis and retinal vein obstruction.The therapy was helpful in curing or stabilizing the retinal angioma,choroid angioma,and diabetic retinal diseases.Conclusion Copper vapor laser therapeutic apparatus seems to be a rather ideal laser,with its stable therapeutic efficacy,low costs,few complications and strong cilincal applications.It can in part replace argon laser in the treatment of various retinopathies.更多还原
