【摘要】 目的　评价不同手术方式治疗晶状体不全脱位的疗效。方法　对 12例 12眼晶状体不全脱位作晶状体摘除 ,其中超声乳化吸除 6眼 ;囊外摘除 2眼 ;囊内摘除 2眼 ;针吸 2眼。植入人工晶状体 12眼。结果　术后视力提高 11眼 ,1眼视力不能提高的原因为视网膜脱离。术中和术后无严重并发症。结论　晶状体不全脱位的治疗有多种不同的方法可以选择 ,治疗目的是减少并发症和提高视力更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Evaluating the curative effect of different surgical method in subluxation of the lens.Methods Extracting subluxation of the lens in 12 eyes,6 eyes with phacoemulsification,2 eyes with extracapsular cataract extraction,2 eyes with intracapsular cataract extraction,2 eyes with cataract aspiration,12 eyes implanting intraocular lens.Results The vision of 11 eyes were improved,except for one eye because of retinal detachment.There were no serious complications during and after the operation.Conclusions The treatment for subluxation of the lens were different.The purpose is to decrease the complication and improve the vision.更多还原
