【摘要】 目的 :探讨心尖肥厚型心肌病的辅助检查诊断。方法 :用心电图 ,二维超声心动图等检查方法 ,诊断 5例心尖肥厚型心肌病。结果 :5例心电图左胸导联呈现深尖的T波倒置 ,特别是V4 、V5更为明显 ;二维超声心动图示左室外乳头肌以下各壁心肌肥厚在 12mm以上。结论 :心电图左胸导联呈现深尖倒置的T波 ,可高度怀疑心尖肥厚型心肌病 ,及时做超声心动图更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the auxiliary diagnosis of apical htpertrophic cardiomyopathy. Methods: Five cases of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were diagnosed with electrocardiogram and chocardiography. Results: The electrocardiogram in leads of left chest showed giant negative T waves, especially in leads V4 and V5. Two-dimensional echocardiography showed a change of left ventricular apical myocardium (>12 mm). Conclusion: Giant negative T wave in electrocardiogram of left chest is useful in the diagnosis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and is an indication for an examination of echocardiography.更多还原
