【摘要】 目的 :探讨髋臼骨折脱位及手术治疗髋关节功能恢复的效果。方法 :对 5 6例髋臼骨折、脱位及部分合并坐骨神经损伤病人早期复位、手术、早期髋关节功能锻炼 ,髋关节功能恢复的结果进行分析。结果 :随访时间 10月～ 3年。优 36例 ,良 12例 ,可 7例 ,差 1例 ,优良率 85 .7%。结论 :对髋臼骨折、脱位及合并坐骨神经损伤应早期复位、手术及固定 ,早期神经探查 ,早期功能锻炼。可使髋关节解剖复位 ,对关节及下肢功能恢复 ,有明显效果 ,可降低创伤性关节炎的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of operative treatment on fracture and dislocation of hip joint.Methods: 56 cases of fracture and dislocation of hip joint, some of them were accompanied by damaged sciatic nerve, were treated with early reduction, surgical operation,and early functional exercise of hip joint.Results: 48 cases ended up well,7 cases not bad, and 1 case bad.The rate of excellent or good recovery was 85.7%.Conclusion: The fracture and dislocation of hip joint accompanied by damaged sciatic nerve should be treated with early reduction.Surgical operation and fixation and early functional exercise are important. Those would be beneficial to the anatomical reduction of hip joint and to the functional recovery of hip joint and lower limbs, and would also reduce the incidence of traumatic arthritis.更多还原
