【Abstract】 To analyze the DNA polymorphism of Malassezia Spp. by using random amplification of polymorphic DNA(RAPD) assay. The results showed that 47 clinical isolates of Malassezia species could be classified into 6 types based on their DNA banding patterns. There was not a distinctive corresponding relationship between the DNA types of Malassezia species and their spore forms. No significant difference of DNA banding patterns of Malassezia species which came from different regions was found. A relatively dominant relationship probably existed between the DNA types of Malassezia species and the clinical disorders which caused by them in spite of no distinctive corresponding relationship between them.更多还原
