【摘要】 将符合入选标准的52例儿童头癣患者进行真菌培养,经鉴定以亲动物性犬小孢子菌为主要致病菌。采用特比萘芬口服治疗4周后临床和真菌学治愈率分别为68.9%和83.1%;治疗6周后分别为82.9%和97.4%;停药后4周则分别为90.2%和100%。治疗期间无明显副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultural examination was performed on 52cases of tinea capitis in chi ldren according to the selecting sta ndard.The results showed that the main pathogenic fungus was zoophilic Microsporum canis(64.7%).The oral dose of terbinafine depend ed on the body weight.After 4weeks treatm ent,the clinical and fungal cure rates were 68.9%and 83.1%respectively.After 6weeks treatment is 82.9%and 97.4%respectively.While 4weeks after treatment ,these rates were 90.2%and 100%resp ectively.There was no obvious side effects during th e therapy.更多还原
