【摘要】 目的 :探讨慢性前列腺炎 (CP)患者焦虑、抑郁等情绪障碍的解决方法。方法 :将 90例伴有抑郁症状的CP患者随机分为 3组 ,其中 30例采用骶管注药治疗 (骶管注药组 ) ,30例服用曲唑酮治疗 (曲唑酮组 ) ,30例给骶管注药加曲唑酮联合治疗 (联合组 )。结果 :骶管注药组、曲唑酮组及联合组CP治愈率分别为 70 %、17%和87% ,抑郁症状缓解率为 2 1%、4 2 %和 77%。结论 :对伴有焦虑抑郁症状的CP患者在治疗CP的同时应给予有效的抗抑郁治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:96 of 289 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis (CP) were diagnosed as having disorders of sentiment. 90 cases were studied randomly on resolving disorders of sentiment (depressed type) with CP.Methods:30 cases was treated by injection in sacrococcygeal hiatus, 30 cases treated by therapy of Trazodone and, 30 cases treated by both injection in sacrococcygeal hiatus and Trazodone.Results:The cure rate of injection group, Trazodone group and combined group were 70%,17%,87% respectively. The alleviate rate of anxiety and depressed symptoms were 21%, 42%, 77% respectively.Conclusions:The treatment of CP with symptoms of anxiety and depression should include anti depressed therapy.更多还原
