【摘要】 目的 :探讨气压弹道碎石联合体外冲击波碎石术 (ESWL)治疗输尿管中下段结石的临床疗效。方法 :采用气压弹道碎石联合 ESWL 治疗输尿管中下段结石 188例。结果 :188例中 ,185例碎石成功 ,2例碎石失败 ,1例输尿管穿孔。结论 :气压弹道碎石联合 ESWL治疗输尿管中下段结石有高效、安全、并发症少、适应证广的优点更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy in patients with ureteral stone who were treated with pneumatic lithotripsy or supplemented with ESWL.Methods:A retrospective clinical analysis was made in 188 cases from April. 1997 to June 2000,for treatment of ureteral stone.Results:Of the 188 cases,successful results were obtained in 185.Two cases failed because of constricted ureter or a polyp.Perforation of the ureter occured in one patient.Conclusion:The authors concluded that,in the management of patients with middle or lower third ureteral stones,endoscopic lithotreptic technique (or supplemented with ESWL if necessary)was an effective and safe therapeutic method.更多还原
