【摘要】 目的 :探讨尿道内切开治疗尿道狭窄的效果。方法 :对 42例尿道狭窄患者采用截石位 3、9、12点位放射状尿道内冷刀切开术治疗 ,其中 5例结合电切术治疗。结果 :38例一次手术成功 ,3例需再次腔内手术治疗 ,1例腔内手术失败。随访 3～ 48个月 ,41例疗效满意。结论 :腔内手术治疗尿道狭窄效果好 ,创伤小 ,副作用少 ,是治疗尿道狭窄的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the clinical outcome of direct vision internal urethrotomy for urethral stricture.Method:With cold knife cutting the stricture at 3?9?12 clock, 42 men with urethral stricture were treated through transurethral endoscopy, of which 5 cases were treated additionally by electroincission.Results:38 Patients succeeded in the operations and 3 received the endoscopy operation again and 1 patient met the failure in such operation. With a mean of 23 months (ranging 3～48 months) of follow up, 41 patients were treated successfully.Conclusions:Endoscopic operation had good effects on urethral stricture with smaller trauma and few complications.Transurethral cold knife urethrotomy was believed to be the first choice of treatment.更多还原
