支气管哮喘患者血浆中肾上腺髓质素和丙二醛水平的变化及其意义
Changes of adrenomedullin and Malondialdehyde in the plasma of patients with asthma
【摘要】 目的 观察支气管哮喘患者血浆中肾上腺髓质素、丙二醛水平的变化及其与FEV1%的关系。方法 采用放射免疫分析法 ,检测 2 0例哮喘急性发作期 (A组 )及 1 1例缓解期 (B组 )患者血浆中肾上腺髓质素 (ADM )和丙二醛 (MDA)的水平 ,同时作肺功能检查 ,并与 2 0名健康非吸烟者 (C组 )进行对照。结果 A组患者血浆ADM、MDA水平明显高于B组和C组 (P <0 .0 1 ;P <0 .0 0 5) ;B组患者血浆中ADM、MDA含量虽较C组增高 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5) ;A组FEV1%明显低于C组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;A组患者血浆中ADM和MDA之间呈正相关 (r =0 .77,P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;血浆中ADM及MDA水平和一秒钟用力呼气容积占用力呼气容积的百分比 (FEV1% )呈显著负相关。结论 ADM及MDA彼此相互作用 ,在支气管哮喘的急性发作中起着重要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the levels of adrenomedullin(ADM) and MDA in plasma of patients with asthma and evaluate their correlation with lung function. Methods The levels of plasma ADM and MDA in 20 cases with acute asthma(group A),11 cases with stable asthma(group B) and 20 healthy subjects(non smokers) (group C) were measured by radioimmunoassay. Lung function was tested at the same time. Results The levels of ADM and MDA of plasma in group A were higher than those in group B ;and group C (P<0.01;P<0.005);The FEV 1% in group A was lower than that in group C(P<0.01);The levels of plasma ADM and MDA in group A were positively correlated with each other (r=0.77,P<0.001),they were both negatively correlated with the FEV1%. Conclusion The interaction of ADM and Malaondialdehyde may play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute asthma.
