【摘要】 方法　除采用传统的头影测量方法外 ,还采用一种新的、稳定的头颅参照系统来评价前方牵引结合RME对骨性Ⅲ类错牙合矫治后软组织的改变情况。结果　①治疗后软组织自身的形态、结构变化较小 ,但其空间位置发生显著变化。这可能主要是由于其被覆的硬组织的空间位置发生变化所致 ,从而使软组织侧貌得到改善。②硬组织的变化与软组织变化密切相关 ,但软组织自身的一些因素决定了改善的最终程度。③上唇及颏区对硬组织的变化较敏感 ,而下唇则反应迟钝更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the treatment effects of face mask therapy and maxillary expansion on facial soft tissues.Cephalometric analysis was based on a new and stable basicranical reference system,in addition to the traditional cephalometric measures.The following results were obtained;①The observed soft tissue effects appeared to result from the induced skeletal changes.②The upper lip area became more marked;the lower lip moved posteriorly,which was favorable for improvement of profile,but compared with the control group,this movement was not satistically significant.③These changes,coupled with soft tissue pogonion moving back and menton moving down,contributed the profile to become more convex.更多还原
