【摘要】 目的 :研究利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效与副反应。　方法 :7所医院共计收集精神分裂症患者 90 4例 ,其中以利培酮治疗者 40 5例 ,其余为以氯氮平、氟哌啶醇、氯丙嗪或舒必利治疗的对照病例 ,使用阳性症状与阴性症状量表 (PANSS) ,简明精神病评定量表 (BPRS) ,阴性症状评定量表(SANS) ,阳性症状评定量表 (SAPS) ,临床疗效总评量表 (CGI)和副反应量表 (TESS)等量表进行观察。　结果 :利培酮治疗精神分裂症有肯定疗效 ,有的与对照组相仿 ,有的超过对照组。副反应一般较轻。对睡眠影响较少 ,小剂量 (4 m g/ d左右 )疗效并不降低 ,而副反应更少。　结论 :利培酮可作为治疗精神分裂症的一线药物 ,可用于首发、难治病例、预防复发和青少年病例等 ,对维护和提高患者的生活质量较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy and side effects of risperidone in treating schizophrenic patients. Method:904 cases of schizphrenic patients were collected from 7 mental hospitals.Among them,405 cases were treated with risperidone,the others who received clozapine, haloperidol, chlorpromazine or sulpiride as controls.Rating scales such as PANSS, BPRS, SANS,SAPS, CGI,GQOLI,TESS and ESRS were used as tools of evaluation Results:Risperidone had definitely similar or better therapeutic effect for schizophrenia than the other drugs. Side effects were mild in general Risperidone had less influence on sleep.A small dosage (about 4 mg/d) had the same effect but produced less side effects. Conclusion: Risperidone could be an option of first line treatment for schizophrenia.It could be used to treat or prevent the relapse of first onset patients, refractory patients, and young patients, etc. Risperidone may be useful in maintaining and promoting life quality of schizophrenic patients.更多还原
