【摘要】 目的 :对 Markova和 Berrios研制的自知力量表作信度、效度检验 ,进行可靠性研究。　方法 :初测 62例精神分裂症患者获得信度、效度检验结果。对原量表进行修订 ,修订后量表用于 12 0例精神分裂症患者的测评 ,核对信度、效度检验结果。　结果 :原量表经 62例精神分裂症患者测评 ,Cronbach的α系数为 0 .814、分半信度为 0 .82 8、重测信度为 0 .764。修订后量表经 12 0例精神分裂症患者测评 ,Cronbach的α系数为 0 .967、分半信度为 0 .82 6、重测信度为 0 .776。原量表及修订后量表在量表总体和量表的条目组均显示良好效度。　结论 :该量表具有良好的信度及效度 ,为进一步实验研究和临床评估中使用提供了量表的测量依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the scale of insight developed by Markova and Berrios. Method:The original scale of insight was modified based on the result from the study on 62 schizophrenic patients.Then,the modified scale was used to evaluate 120 schizophrenic patients.Finally,the reliability and validity tests were checked. Results:The Cronbach’s α coefficient,the split half reliability coefficient and the inter rater reliability coefficient of the original and modified scales of insight were 0 814,0 828,0 746; 0 967,0 826,0 776 respectively.Both scales and their individual items showed good validity. Conclusion:The scale of insight exerts good reliability and validity,which may provide basic instrument in further experimental and clinical studies.更多还原
