【摘要】 目的 :调查精神分裂症伴肺结核患者抗结核疗效的有关因素。　方法 :回顾性调查 1990～ 1999年间精神分裂症伴肺结核患者的临床资料 ,对影响抗结核疗效的有关因子进行相关分析。　结果 :精神分裂症伴肺结核患者的抗结核疗效与其婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭经济状况、来源、是否吸烟、结核病的治疗时机、类型、 X线病变范围、并发症、躯体合并症、精神分裂症分型、病程、合作程度等均密切相关 (经 χ2检验 ,P均 <0 .0 5 )。　结论 :影响精神分裂症伴肺结核患者抗结核疗效的因素是多方面的 ,结核病是严重损害精神病人生活质量的重要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the associate factors affecting the antituberculous efficacy in schizophrenia with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). Method:The clinical data of schizophrenia with TB from 1990 to 1999 were investigated retrospectively,and the associate factors affecting antituberculous efficacy were also analyzed relatively. Results:The efficacy of antituberculous in schizophrenia with TB was significantly related to marriage,education,economy,smoking,the juncture of treatment,TB (including subtype,range of focus,complications,physical accompaniment) and schizophrenia (including subtype,duration,compliance). Conclusion:The factors affecting the antituberculous efficacy are multiform in schizophrenia with pulmonary TB,and TB is an important factor that would severely injure the quality of life in schizophrenia.更多还原
