【Abstract】 Objective To investigate therapy of congenital dislocation of hip(CDH) in elder children. Methods Simultaneously, osteotomies of pubis and upper femur were done, then turned and fixed at the same side in 12 children. Results Postoperative rates of success were 86% in the hip joints functions recovery, 100% on the radiograms by 2 6 years of follow ups on average. Conclusion The technique is simple with better therapeutic effects and fewer complications.更多还原
